30th April ~ Emotional Anatomy and the Chakra System
With Celia Roberts BSc and Swami Muktibhodhananda – see fascinating interview with Swami below
This course will help you improve your sensitivity emotionally within yourself and others in a holistic manner. You will learn to see where you are holding tension, tightness, and emotional chakra patterning in your body, your face and within the vast recesses of your mind. This deep sensory awareness can have vast and major improvements on your life, health and may assist in treating psychosomatic illness.
Learn more about the elemental nature of the body and the ancient Tantric chakra system. Awaken pranic systems on a deep level and feel how the body holds certain emotions at the chakra level – see how to spot which chakras are blocked in yourself and in others.
Learn how knots (granthis) are stored in the energetic body. Learn about the layers of the chakras and how to affect each layer through different practices.
Understand how the nadis, marmas and chakras work together.
