In 2018 our Clinical Yoga Therapy, Meditation Retreats, and Yoga Retreats will be offered simultaneously over one weekend per month. This, in combination with our new accomodation packages, offers you the opportunity to truly experience a captivating weekend based on specific integrative healing methodologies.
The below packages describe the weekends on offer. Please know that within each weekend there are three elements, each available for individual purchase, however when purchased together discounts apply.
Clinical Yoga runs Monthly Saturdays 9:30am - 12:30pm | Meditations run Monthly Saturdays 1:15pm - 4:15pm | Yoga Retreat Days run Monthly Sundays 9:30am - 4:00pm.
We also offer weekly Yoga classes with term packages available at discount rates.
