This session will focus on gynaecological disorders, and what it means to have a healthy menstrual cycle from the Ayurvedic philosophy. We will look at how we can begin to recognise subtle, or not so subtle symptoms of disorder.
Acknowledging unique constitution make up, phases of the moon, and connection to lunar cycles in order to better assess gynaecological health.
So too, differences in hormones and their purpose will be discussed, as well as hormonal changes and the life progression of hormones in relation to gynaecological health.
Learn to recognise imbalance, and what can be done to assist in pain reduction.
Many women suffer from misunderstood and thus mismanaged imbalance & pain. Celia will be identifying many areas that may lead to gynaecological imbalance and providing natural remedies for balancing cycles for fertility, menstrual, and hormonal balance and harmony.
Cultivate Practises for different phases
The importance, effect, and techniques of differing practises for different lunar phases will be demonstrated and imparted onto students.
This session is a must for anyone who is interested in true holistic health. Hormonal imbalance can have paradoxically subtle and elusive, yet highly malignant effect on our holistic well-being.

Directions to arrive at Brookfield Retreat – 166 Pacey Rd Upper Brookfield:
- Travel along Upper Brookfield Road until you see the small Upper Brookfield State School at 496 Upper Brookfield Rd. Don’t miss this turn!
- Immediately after the school, take an immediate right into Pacey Rd, which is our street.
- Travel slowly along our narrow street for 3-5 minutes until you see a small sign labelled “Yoga and Meditation- Celia Roberts”.
- Please travel mindfully and slowly up our long driveway and turn left up the top where you will see the yoga studio.
