Terms, Conditions, & Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but retreat or accomodation bookings are transferrable.
Retreat or accomodation bookings are transferrable within a 6 month time frame from original purchase date.
Retreat or accomodation bookings that are transferred within a 24 hour time frame prior to the retreat day or weekend will incur an admin fee of 20 per cent of the cost of the course.
We reserve that right to cancel classes/retreats or accomodation bookings based on severe weather events or circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will provide you with alternative make up dates and/or offer you a transfer to another retreat date.
