20hr Higher-Level Learning Certificate in BioMedical Yoga Therapy for Sleep Health
Saturday 16 February & Sunday 16 February
Extended Early Bird $450
This fundamental recuperative health weekend is aimed at anyone who struggles with or is interested in any aspect of restorative sleep. There are perceptions in today’s society that we are invincible; that at the apex of this technological epoch availability is 24/7, service is on demand, and sleep is a negotiable entity, rather than a necessity. More detrimental to our health is that even when we are resting, we are not. Our minds are swirling around in anxious circles unable to switch off. This pattern of fear-based exhaustion causes our bodies, our holistic wellbeing to circle in suffering, rather than toward enlightenment.
Join Celia Roberts and Special Guests Dr Sue Jackson & Swami Muktibhodhananda over two days to explore Clinical Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra and iRest, all which open up avenues towards addressing sleep debt, heightened state of consciousness and yogic sleep philosophy.
Saturday 16 February 2019 9:30am – 1:00pm
