Dependent on cultural upbringing, discussion, learning, and understanding the meaning of relationships and reproductive health and their importance to holistic wellbeing vary. Often interpersonal relationships and our deep connection and primal need for intimacy are severed from the mind, which is severed from the body connection. This disconnect of association between intimacy, healthy relationships, and good reproductive health can cause much disintegration within and in between, which in turn appears in mannerisms of disease and ill health. To understand more…
Join Celia, Swami Mukti, and Samantha on a weekend that explores holistic wellbeing within the domain of Relationships, Tantra, & Reproductive health.

Join Celia as she explores Ayurvedic wisdom as it relates to normalising reproductive cycles, fertility, and natural hormonal balance. As with many other health issues there is a tendency within western culture to diagnose and prescribe before attending to holistic wellbeing. Such is true in the quest for a balanced hormonal system. Though we may not realise it, holistic wellbeing and the balance of our reproductive system begins not with treatment, rather with insight and understanding of how the female body works in conjunction with universal energies and the nature of karma (the natural laws of cause and effect).
Celia looks at multiple aspects of gynaecological health as it relates to questions such as:
- Are your cycles connected to the Moon cycles?
- What affects your fertility?
- Do you have a pain free cycle?
- What controls menstrual timing and synchronicity?
- What makes you most attractive to the opposite sex?
- What time in your cycle is the easiest time to injure yourself?
- And when is the best time to have sex for fertility and in what position?
If you suffer from any confusion or misinformed diagnosis pertaining to your reproductive health, or if you are seeking to truly understand the interconnectedness of body, mind, spirit from a clinical yoga perspective this morning session is perfect for you!

Learn more about the Ancient and preserved practices on the Tantras, often far removed from sex, Tantra is a way to deeply liberate the mind and increase the speed of human evolution. Tantra predates all of the world's existing religions, and thus provides the esoteric framework on which many of these religions were later based.
Tantra provides practical techniques applicable by men and women of every temperament and spiritual level, and aims at turning every action of life into an act of sadhana, or spiritual practice. This retreat’s intention is to provide a traditional and insightful glimpse into the central meditation techniques that have their original basis in Tantra, so that they may be practiced in their original and correct form.
A Yantra is a geometric design that is used as an effective tool for contemplation, concentration and meditation. Yantra’s harness deep spiritual significance: there is a specific meaning in each that pertains to higher levels of consciousness.
The Yantra provides a central point that is a window into the absolute consciousness asking us to go beyond the relative World. When the mind is concentrated on a single and defined object, the mental fluctuations cease.
Come along and learn more about the geometric figures (Tattwa Yantras) which we use as visualisations to symbolise the five material tattwas (basic elements of fire, water, air, ether, earth), each of which is associated with a bija (seed) mantra. The tattwas (or elements), as part of the mind and psyche, arouse the sense of smell, taste, sight, touch and sound. From this level, they connect to the corresponding organs, nerve plexi and energy centres or chakras. Mantras are considered the resonant frequency of the tattwas and are chanted mentally during the practice.
Yantra and Tantra combined can provide clairvoyance for psychic empowerment and awaken the siddhis associated with the tattwas, the five elements. See more here by Swami Muktibhodhananda. Together in meditation, Tantra and Yantra provide possibilities to awakening and expanding consciousness in a rich and vivacious manner.
“By concentrating on the yantra and bija mantra of each tattwa at its specific location in the body, the internal vital capacity becomes dynamic and active. At that time, sensorial awareness drops as you merge into the realm of vibration and form within...” Swami Muktibhodhananda
Join Swami Mukti as she guides you through meditative practices that invigorate and enliven the power, consciousness and intuition within.

This full day Yoga Retreat will immerse you in an abundance of practice wisdom as it relates to Reproductive health and Relationships. Enrich your knowledge from the previous sessions, or simply join Samantha on this day to broaden your perspectives, insight, and understanding of how you can practise according to your holistic needs for wellbeing.
This amazing session will introduce you to the art of Relationships, through Kundalini Yoga. Sexual energy is the most powerful energy in the body and it creates life. Kundalini Yoga embraces sex rather than renunciation, unlike other traditions.
Techniques applied in Kundalini Yoga are designed to channel sexual energy up the spine, through pranayama, asana, and meditation, to where it can be used for spiritual development. As we learn the kundalini kriya’s for sacred, blissful sex, we acknowledge good sex is considered a pleasant side effect of a potent practice.
Sacred sex is love in action and is wholeheartedly reserved for committed relationships. Learn to acknowledge yourself and your partner like the divine embodiment of all that is good and true in your life. This devotional practice delights in treating sex as a place of divine blissful union it deserves to be.
Come along and connect with others in a safe and supportive space that is also fun and uplifting.
Alongside the teachings of the entire weekend, Samantha Lindsay German will enrich your body, mind, and spirit in ways you have not previously been privy to – join Celia, Swami Muktibhondananda, and Samantha on a journey towards inner knowing on the path to enlightenment!
