Exclusive Day Retreat!
In this exclusive one day event Celia focuses on head, neck, and shoulder pain. Joined by Samantha Lindsay-German, this retreat offers a multitude of body, mind, and spiritual therapy. Postures, poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques for upper body pain and misalignment will focus on an awareness of the body – Research has shown that “these movements are ‘intricate’ and highlight the body - mind nature of yoga that emphasizes awareness, concentration, and bidirectional communication between the mental, nervous, skeletal, and muscular system” (Crow, Jeannot, & Trewhela, 2015).
This day is not to be missed and will further enhance home practice and provide remedies for head, neck, and shoulder related symptoms such as migraines or frequent headaches.

Celia will guide you through specific Asana’s that have been proven to cultivate holistic well-being. Techniques of internal and external rotations, mobilization for shoulder joints, triggers of relaxation, as well as resistance work will be explored.
Be enticed by an educational morning that surrounds a personal focus based in specific Ayurvedic and emotional body work. We will explore pain in combination with body alignment and protection for reduced head, neck, jaw, temples, eye and shoulder pain.

Samantha Lindsay-German hosts this wonderful afternoon where active meditations open and allow Pranic flow. If you struggle with a foggy mind, stress, external or internal tension, fatigue, or you are simply seeking a meditation that has a strong focus on allowing the body to move to its free will in order to support energetic and pranic flow. This is a fun and joyful exploration of the body and ways to shake or dance away internal stressors and tensions.

Everyone brings a small plate to share for lunch. It is a delicious affair. We love small and easy dishes; salads are always well received, so too small fruit plates, fresh breads, dips, and we certainly enjoy the creative plate!
