Towards a Gentler Heart Retreat
This retreat will look at the many mental, emotional physical and spiritual ways we can create a gentler way of being. Finding our blind spots on a physical and emotional level can be immensely helpful, and the practices we will use are proven to work through the passage of time.
We will practice gentle yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, sound, written word, and a sacred Ayurvedic fire cleansing ritual. With power of yogic intention (sankalpa) will create an unshakable inner strength within ourselves and a gentler heart.
Please join us to make the scared fire ritual a powerful one.
