Our private consultations offer you a space to establish a daily routine, bringing mindfulness to life. Together, we develop ways of creating new mind-body neural patterns using the frontiers of neuroscience and the ancient techniques of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda. This is the cultivation and practise of Integrative Medicine.
Integrative Medicine benefits you by moving you towards a place where emotional regulation and higher cognitive functioning are integrated. This then leading to enhanced immune function, cellular longevity, resilience, and the ability to cultivate more effective pain management. So too, private consultations allow the space to develop a deeper sense of mindful awareness allowing for superior performance and concentration, a higher quality of life, and improved relationships.

We highly recommend 1.5 hours per appointment, however, we do offer 1-hour sessions.
