A state of deep tranquillity,
Sublime peace that penetrates body, mind, spirit...
Beau Stegert is yoga teacher who is passionate about bringing forth a practise that assists others in grounding and re-earthing body, mind and spirit through the practice of yoga by donation.
Beau began his yoga journey at a young age, lucky enough to have a yoga and physical theatre teacher in drama class at school, he was exposed to an array of techniques that fascinated his young mind and challenged his body.
Beau used the meditation and asanas he learned as a form of relaxation and healing for himself. Upon sharing it with some of his friends, the benefits became clear and the dream of healing others through yoga manifested.
Beau also love to share in his passion for gardening, horses and nature; weaving the wisdom he learns from the animals, seasons, and cycles into his classes.
In October 2017 Beau completed 200hrs of Yoga Teacher Training at Krishna Village Centre for Yogic Studies. Taught by a range of teachers from around Australia and the world he was deeply inspired.
Now living in Brookfield and furthering his knowledge under the guidance of Celia Roberts, Beau is excited to share his new knowledge and skills through yoga by donation.
Beau will be offering Weekly classes on Wednesdays 9:30am - 11am by a suggested $10 donation*.
This amazing yoga by donation opportunity is designed to accommodate all skill levels from beginners to experienced yogis - all welcome and encouraged to bring others wishing to cultivate their yoga skills to enhance holistic wellbeing.
In the serene surrounds of Celia Roberts Upper Brookfield sanctuary, this opportunity is certainly not one to be missed!
