“Life is mainly froth and bubble,
Two things stand like stone,
Kindness in another’s trouble,
Courage in ones own”.
These words remind me of the are the essential principles of both Yoga and Buddhism. We are so fortunate to be able to impart kindness and courage through these practices within our home environment and beyond.
My mother reminded me the other day how privileged I am to be teaching yoga, so I humbly thank you each of you for the opportunity. Kindness and courage are the two things that stand like stone for me.
