I am really just revelling in sheer delight because it has been confirmed that the Yoga Australia Conference 2016 will be programmed on ABC Radio National ~ The Spirit of Things. Rachael Kohn from ABC RN is extremely interested in our theme, the Student – Teacher Relationship.
I am the Chair of this 2016 Yoga Australia conference, so for me that is really good news as that is ‘behind the scenes work’ coming to bloom. However, this coming to fruition is not only happy days for me – but for all of us. Yoga and meditation are mainstreaming and those of us who practice and teach have some of the happiest times ahead.
At the Conference, we will also cover the theme of “Medicalising Yoga” and fingers crossed this will also be programmed on ABC’s “All in the Mind”. Please cross your heart for me. I believe so deeply in the spread of yoga far and wide. It benefits are palpable fr all of us.
I hope you can join us on the Gold Coast for the Conference ~ it really is bound to be brilliant and a wonderful opportunity for all our brilliant yogic minds to meet as one. Sheer delight.
