Do make sure you have some TIME FOR YOU in your diary this year.
New Year’s Resolve’s need time and effort given to them. This allows your intention to unfold. To make them work for you, put time towards them in your diary. Mark in the time for the week, month, and year. This improves the chance of successful outcome.
This term in January, I was interested in focusing on a few topics:
- Time for you to indulge in “being”.
- Improving your relaxation response
- Creating a gentle strength of mind body and heart
- Sacred Beauty: Learning to relax facial muscles and marma points of the face
- Improving health of internal organs
- Ayurveda for the skin
- Yoga of Relationships
The January term beings tomorrow.

I will be away on Thursday 8th Jan for a funeral in Townsville. My grandfather died a week before his 100th bday. He had a wonderful family life and was a successful lawyer and politician. I am proud to be his grand-daughter, so I will be celebrating his life.
In my place this Thursday 8th will be the delightful, very well accomplished and trusted teacher Samantha Lindsay- German. Sam will cover the topic of sacred beauty and kundalini yoga.
Her classes are not to be missed.
